just-tulip01.jpgWow! We’ve launched our brand new site, Well.ca. It’s been a lot of work over the last week: our Category Managers have been furiously finding you the newest and best beauty products (we’ve added more than 1500 products over the last two months!). Our developers have been redesigning the site, making it nicer to look at and easier to use.

Thanks to all the staff at Well.ca for working so hard. Thank you, too, to our customers and friends for all your valuable support and feedback. We’re really excited to show off our new site!

The new thing that we’re most proud to show off (and the part of our site that is generating the most discussion) is our new beauty site. You can visit it at well.ca/beauty — we’ve got hundreds of products your favourite cosmetic brands including Almay, L’Oreal Paris, RoC, CoverGirl, and Revlon. Take a look!

Making our site easier to use

One of the places our software developers have spent a lot of time working on making our site easier to use. Try adding a product to your cart — it will dynamically fly through the air, making it clear when you’ve expanded your shopping cart.

picture-3.jpgTake a look at our new purple menu on the left hand side of product lists. You can click on items to expand them out and see more of the products that are available.

You ain’t seen nothin’ yet

This is only the first step for us at Well.ca. We’ve got plans to build more of the features you’ve been asking for including:

  • A simpler and faster way to checkout products
  • The ability to rate and review your favourite products
  • Linking products together so you can see more of the products you like
  • Forums for our visitors to build communities and get to know each other
