Great work on the upgrade!! New template is easy to navigate.
Tip – smooth edges of bold white font on purple.

I just have to say I have never dealt with such and efficient company on line before, easy to find products and very quick delivery, I have ordered twice now and will continue to use this company.
    Thank you very much.

Hey guys, just wanted to say the new site looks amazing – congrats on a job WELL done!!

I really value this company. I live in a very small village in the Yukon, and it’s very hard to get certain products. We have to drive over 4 hours to Whitehorse to get most of our shopping done. This has been a very appreciated service. Well.ca is quick to deliver and I always get what I want. Thank you Well.ca!

I too must agree that it has been a pleasure to deal with the people at Well.ca. Very efficient staff and all the products that I have needed have been available and with such quick delivery. I will continue to place orders as I need products. Thank you again

    Hey there,

I’m happy about the improvements to the search function and the increased number of products shown on the page, but esthetically speaking, the old green layout was easy on the eyes and even a bit quaint–this new one is very sterile looking and bland.

The former green colour has all kinds of positive connotations that work perfectly with your company name, paired with all the health products customers associate it with (green is synonymous with nature).

Purple and grey are perfect colours–if you are running a site for a funeral home or online anger management program–but aren’t really optimal for Well.ca (in my mind).

Hoping that you bring back the old colour but good work on improving things anyways. :)

Like new design! Browsing is great. No more annoying Shopping Cart Box that follows the scroll bar. “Well” done!

Thank you for adjusting to the audience.

However, I am used to the old site. Now I can’t find where everything is. I guess it will take a bit of time to get used to. It looks like every other site now.

I actually like the annoying Shopping cart that follows the scroll bar! It makes your site more unique! Different preferences I guess.

Isn’t the site supposed to make things more easier to navigate and make decisions?

    1) I have to click on the next button every time I want to view everything (too many clicks!) whereas the old site allowed me the option to view all the results at one time (one click).

    2) Reviews: not able to see all the reviews, only show the top 5 and nothing else. I would like the option to see all the reviews good or bad to make an informed decision to buy something.

    3) Somehow it is taking me longer to find something. When I type the name in the search bar, I don’t always find what I was looking at even though I know it there in the old site. Strange. I find it later but it takes awhile.

Nonetheless, it is still a great site to shop, better than most I have shopped in.

    Keep improving!

Love your new site for the ease of use and bigger products picture but I do not appreciate the new Colors either. It is boring, sad and definitely way less appropriate than the old Green site. As another customer said, Green captures your concept much more and it was more pleasant to the eyes. I would suggest to kerp up the good work on updating and improving the content and présentation of the site and go back to GREEN !!!!

Maybe it’s just my computer, but the layout on the site now is really tough on the eyes! All the writing overlaps, and the print is so big I have to constantly adjust the text size to make the pages readable. Then re-adjust the sizes again when I surf to another web page.

Hmmm. Well, I was just about to leave well.ca a compliment about the site but I noticed the ad on the front page about the redesign and a blog post from the founder. So I clicked on it expecting to go to the post but I went to a product listing page instead.

Never mind. Weird and wonderful things are always happening on the net. So I still think your site is pretty nifty because it’s clean, spacious, and except for that glitch on the front page, it works! It’s equivalent to amazon.com or .ca, perhaps even better. I found the registering and ordering particularly easy.

Kudos to the design team and your friendly approach to customer service.
