Coconuts intimidate me. I don't know which is the best way to break them without creating a mess in the kitchen and also HOW to break them without creating too much noise.

I use coconut oil in my handmade homemade soap and lotion products I make and sell. I also use it on my hair once a week and it does make a huge difference. Since using it on my hair, my hair is shinier and softer and healthier looking. I leave it on my hair for 30 minutes to an hour and wash my hair as usual. I also use coconut oil for cooking and baking. With all the PROVEN benefits why wouldn't we use it!!!! Love the stuff.

Sounds to me like yet another cure-all fantacy; each to their own but do I really have to smell that gunk in public places? Fine, rub it in your hair, your bod, spread it on your toast, but don't gag us poor innocents with that cloying odour.

Stork delivery eih?
As long as the stork does not get too close to the wind turbines and get sucked into those blades to get his wings clipped i.e. broken
Good: it's an April Fools Day Joke

I'm late with this, found it only today

Great reminders! I like sweet potatoes (one is inspiring me on the kitchen counter right now!); I keep a bag of Canadian wild blueberries in the freezer; and I also occasionally drink du jus de bleuets sauvages (hint, hint...!).

What a country! I'll keep checking your site. Merci...
