Mountain Sky Soap
The founders and owners started the family business of Mountain Sky in 1993 to stay home with their kids, Malaya Mountain and Rahel Sky. With persistence and some labour of love, they created the first Mountain Sky soap bars in their basement. Since then, the family business has grown into a separate 7,000 square foot facility residing in the Canadian mountains. They use pristine mountain spring water to create all of their hand-cut soaps, and for their vegetable soaps and massage products they purchase unrefined shea butter from an African woman's collective in northern Ghana.
