Ahh Raw Green Tripe nothing poetic about it. It's Local, it's Fresh, and it STINKS! But when baked with love in our Northern ovens, it retains its flavour and rich nutrients without any of the nasty aroma. So, so healthy and used by many raw-feeders as a super-snack.

These cookies are a blend of the freshest available Canadian beef tripe and hand-harvested Atlantic kelp. Baked with Canadian potato flour milled from Manitoba-grown potatoes.

Ingredients: Potato, Green Beef Tripe, Tapioca, Lecithin, Kelp, Rosemary, Mixed Tocopherols (a natural preservative).
