This product has done exactly what it says it will do. It will bring you back to why size you were before. It's not going to make you smaller than you were before but it will bring you back. What more could you ask. It has worked great for me.

I used this product 8 hours after delivery. I am now 3 days away from 8 weeks post-partum. I wore this belt to bed, and around the house,etc. I found the belt to help well with movement after delivery, it kept my hips nice and tight. Easy to bend down, and get moving with a 2 year old and newborn. I don't feel this belt is a miracle worker. If people are expecting to have "smaller" hips after baby not going to happen. I do notice my hips went back to my regular hip size faster. I found it took a whole year to get back to my regular size with my first baby. But with using the belt I am almost there.
