This product is great for an instant kick of mental alertless. However, I did not feel like it lasted for 5 hours (I needed a cup of coffee 2 hours later to continue staying alert). However I still think its a great boost and with such a low calorie count, it's a great product overall!

I work guarding all night(12+ hour work shifts till the sun comes up) and I've tried other energy drinks, this one by far is the best, it lasts longer there is no rush or jitters no matter how tired you are or how little you've eaten and just like it says no crash, you just slowly feel like you have less energy, over an hour or more, if your really tired.

Even though the company seems to market mostly to bodybuilders and athletes, this product is indispensable to anyone who, like me, tends to get sleepy in the middle of the day. It does exactly what it claims to do, keep you awake while improving your concentration and focus so you really do function better. I've introduced a number of friends and coworkers to it and they've all been surprised at how well it works.
