I first became acquainted with this product while in Florida and had an arthritus flare up in my knee. Since I am an amputee, my remaining knee is important to keep it moving which is difficult when you have pain. Thanks to a friend there in Florida, I found it to be excellent and brought home a bottle. While the product you carry is effective, it is somewhat messier as it is liquid. The product I purchased in Florida is a Gel and it took very little to be effective and have shared a lot of it with friends. I hope you will carry the gel kind sometime in the future. It has been used on muscular places and is equally effective.
