As an off-label use of this cream, I find it VERY effective for blemishes. Just wash face with something gentle, like Aubrey Organics unscented shower soap, then put this 'diaper rash cream' on like a regular cream, and leave on for as long as you can.
You can put on the whole face, or just the blemished parts. I use on the whole face (for the vit. A and D, and aloe).
It works much better and costs much less than the 'other brand names' of the blemish remedies out there, and it is skin-friendly to begin with. Win-win!

Normally I try to use a zinc free ointment on my baby unless she has a rash. When she does get a rash this is what we use and it works great. It really does go on smoothly and wipes off very easily. I definitely recommend this product. I also love that it is paraben free!
