Very easy to take have a pleasent taste, will recomend it to anyone who needs some extra vitamin D

Although more expensive than regular vitamin D supplements, I buy these for my older kids b/c they love the taste and I prefer they get 1000IU daily. I love them too, but try to resist taking them since they're so much more expensive than a regular vitamin D supplement.
Great product though; we love their kids vitamins and omegas too!
