Most useful at night for heavy periods. Don't have to get up in the night to change. A bit akward feeling at first, but works really well. Love the fact that you can sleep in any position without having to worry

If you have an extremely heavy period, one that usually causes you to change your sheets at night than this is a wonderful product which I wholeheartedly endorse. It truly provides excellent overnight protection. I will admit the size of the pad was a bit daunting but effective nonetheless.
