These custom breast flanges replace standard flanges (25mm) included with most Ameda pumps and kits. Each box includes two flanges and two inserts - so there's no chance of buying the wrong size.

I bought this a few weeks ago because the standard ones that came with the pump were uncomfortable. According to the fitting descriptions on Ameda's website, the standard ones are the right size, but I still bought these in hope that they are more comfortable. I am glad I bought these because pumping is a lot more comfortable now.

This larger size flanges are great and made for better pumping. Shipping was very fast so was able to use them right away.

I found it was hard to get a good seal around the flange using the insert, but without the insert it worked fine, even though I didn't need that big a size. It's nice because the 2 pack is cheaper than buying 2 individual flange replacements.

This product made all the difference for pumping comfortably. With the smaller size I had a lot of pain but these made pumping a much more pleasant and effective experience.

I had the old flanges (with BPA) and the plastic was harder. These flanges (without BPA) are great and make the pumping more comfortable. Shipping was also really quick! I am really glad my old flanges broke and I bought these ones.
