It's a wonderful make-up removed and easily gets rid of waterproof eyeliner. It is oily but I think that it is more beneficial for the eye area than one that would dry it out.

Have used this product for years. I've tried other brands of pre-moistened pads and haven't found anything that I like as much. It does leave your eyes oily but it has always been able to remove my eye make up.
