I like these trays better than the Crest strips and found them much easier to stay in place. The strips slid around. Once you place the trays on your teeth, try pressing the gel with a finger (through the tray) into the teeth. I do use a paper towel to remove the trays and excess gel, but I had to do that with the strips too, which left 'drool' running out while they were in place. There was a noticeable improvement in whitening by day 3. I am very happy with this product.

I thought the trays would do a better job but they can barely stay on my teeth. They keep sliding off and big gobs of gel squeeze out all over the place. Very poorly designed. Stick to the strips!

I didn't like them either. I sneezed and both trays shot across the room. I actually had to pack my gums with paper towel to hold them in place after that, because biting down sent sensitivity shock up my face and if I coughed or sneezed spit and trays flew everywhere.
However, I did get SOME whitening.

I should have listened to the reviews. I also fell for the "trays" idea, and they are just a flimsy piece of plastic. The gel is too thick, and the bottom tray is very small, crest strips are way better!!! These are such a waste of money! I find they are slipping and swoshing around because I cannot swallow my saliva because I might swallow the trays too! Terrible! I am only on day one, so I will use them, but next time I will go back to crest!

This is not the best product. The trays don't stay in place and the gel doesn't spread across your teeth evenly. Spend your money on crest and you will get the right results trust me.

These are the worst. They certainly do not stay in place and are very akward to use. I'll spend my money elsewhere next time.

DO NOT buy this product. Crest strips are immensely better...don't believe me? Buy these and you will agree. The "trays" are extremely flimsy plastic that DO NOT stay in place. The gel they use is very thick and does not spread easily or evenly across your teeth. Unless you are continuously biting down with these on, they will undoubtedly fall off. Save your money and buy an effective product like the Crest strips. I fell for the "tray" idea, but since these ARE NOT real dental trays, you are much better off with the strips...or ANYTHING else!
