Active Ingredients: Wild yam (root), Black cohosh (root), red clover (leaf), Don quai (root), Raspberry leaf, Vitex (chaste tree) (root), eleuthero (Siberian ginseng (root), Partridge berry (leaf), Nettles (leaf).
Other Ingredients: stearic acid, magnesium stearate, guar gum and silica. Contains no animal products.

Night sweats diminished and almost disappeared very fast. Seems like this product really works for hot flashes, night sweats and general irritability.

This is an excellent product. You can tell when I run out. The mood swings get worse. Not sure about the sweating as I was on Estrogen and don't have very many night sweats.

I am post menopausal and have been taking this for a couple of weeks now. I am also using At Last Naturals Wild Yam Cream. My night sweats and hot flashes haven't ended completely, but are definitely reduced. Excellent product.

I just recieved my order for another shipment of 6 boxes . I continue to be very satisfied with the product and find my night sweats are all but gone, and day time hot flashes are also just about gone. Excellent product.

I have been using this herbal replacement for just about 2 years and have great relief from hot flashes and night sweats. It is not completely perfect but I'm not taking prescription drugs anymore and this does a great job ... about 95% effective. Good enough for me. The 5% is minor and infrequent.

Only been using a few weeks, but my symptoms have improved considerably. Fewer night sweats and day time flashes, and sleeping better at night.So glad I found this!!!

This has been my saviour for the past few years when I was told at 43 I was going through the menopause. I ran out one Christmas and thought I didn't need them but my husband BEGGED me to order some more as I was a monster! Just moved from the UK so chuffed to see I can order it here in Canada too!
