I find this gel to be too runny. Also, the tube was only half to two thirds full when it came - seemed half empty and not a good value for the money - will have to see how long it lasts.

This is a great product, it really helps with the hot flashes, insomnia and fatigue associated with menopause. I use it once a day at bedtime but it can be used twice a day if your symptoms are severe.
