I'm giving this 4 stars because it's not a very quick or fool proof product. If you use it twice a day, it definitely won't irritate your skin or cause any problems. It DOES work by killing the bacteria that would cause acne, but it definitely took 1/2 the bottle before I noticed that my skin was getting less breakouts and finally healing. By the time I got to 3/4 of bottle completed I was looking good but still noticing the occasional breakout.
It has the smell of medicine but it goes away and is not as strong as other types of sticks. You may criticize this for not being very hygienic as you roll over your face day after day, but it's quite nice and I would recommend this for light to moderate acne.

Fantastic! I've been using the facial scrub almost every day for about 3 weeks now (I use it more as a cleansing mask rather than a scrub) and my skin is looking amazing! I'm not getting nearly as much acne anymore, and the few that I do get heal within a day or two. Godsend!

This product does work, it's best for spot treatments. It's gentle, so it's good for people with sensitive skin, but maybe not those with serious acne.
