Actually visibly thickens hair with very little product! Can be used in place of gel. I love it that it has no harmful chemicals and yet still works as good or better than conventional thickeners.

I love this product on my natural afro hair, made it soft n kept it moisturized. just reactivate with water. And detangling was a breeze, i used it to detangle my godson's hair that hasn't been combed in months. I damped the hair with water first then apply the fern. Because the smell is very strong, I don't like that part about it but overall very good.
