This concentrated anti-itch lotion provides fast, temporary relief of the itching and pain associated with many minor skin irritations such as poison ivy/oak/sumac, insect bites, and chicken pox rash. It contains calamine to dry up the weepy rashes and consists of less water and more emollients, so it won't run or drip like ordinary calamine lotion. The creamy formula with skin-soothing natural colloidal oatmeal is non-greasy and invisible when rubbed into skin.

I like using the aveeno itching creams and lotions for these 4 reasons. The 4 types are 1 the 3 types of poisons plants ivy oak and sumac 2 insects and termites that bite and sting 3 itchy rashes 4 itchy dry skin.

This is a miracle anti-itch cream for our whole family - soothing, instant relief of itchy spots, especially in young children that seem to always have somewhere itchy. I've also personally found it helpful when I had been stung by a wasp - it immediately removed any pain - I couldn't believe how effective it was. We are never without this cream and travel with it as well.
