I'm surprised at the bad reviews. I've been using this product for a year and I love it. I was just returning to buy my refill actually. I use it every morning in the shower and it cleans off all my make-up (in case i got lazy the night before and didn't remove, oops lol) and controls my oily skin. I also have sensitive skin so it's non-abrasive and very mild. Would def recommend.
