great since it is a natural product. didnt irriate my 5 month olds skin at all and i used it every day for a week in cuba. however, wish it was higher SPF. i applied it twice a day and she was completely in the shade at all times, and still had some "tan lines" where her diaper was. couldnt imagine if she was actually in direct sunlight....

Like others say, it's thicker than other sunscreens, but I like that I can see where I apply it, and that it's rated safe for babies - doesn't contain the usual toxic mix of chemicals. As a tip, I put some on my palm and sort of massage it between my fingers first, before applying to my baby - it helps the sunscreen to spread easier.

If you are expecting it to be like regular sunscreen you will be disappointed. It's thicker and stays on the visible on the skins surface (think thinner penatin) It has got a lovely silky feeling when you put it on, and of course i love that it's organic.

Overall happy with this product. It spreads on easily but does seem to be a bit greasier than other products. That's a fair trade off though to have a natural product. A bit smellier than I am used to but I have got used to it.

Great sunscreen for baby! It rubs in nicely, smells good, and most importantly makes me feel good about not using harsh chemicals on my little one. The only slight drawback is that it's a bit greasy and stays on for quite some time. But I suppose that's why it's works well. :) I also use it on myself from time to time.

I really like this product but I wish it would be available in the "lightly scented" variety as I love the smell. You have to work a little harder to rub it in but it's a good trade off for having a cream that isn't full of chemicals.

I bought this product because I was looking for something safe for my 6 month old. We have been to the beach a lot this summer and it has worked well to keep my baby from getting sunburnt. My only suggestion is to shake and knead the tube well before applying because I have found the product seperates. It does leave some white zinc on the skin, but that's how I know it is working and still applied. Reapplication is necessary after swimming. I like this product and would purchase it again.

Great as a very safe option for babies, but it is definitely thick to apply and leaves a bit of a white residue (again, a fair tradeoff for not having to worry about safe sunblock for a baby). I used some on myself and actually noticed I got a bit more sun than with my regular sunscreen so should be reapplied often.

This is a great product and I like that it's thick! I can see the coverage and it isn't greasy. Highly rated by the EWG and the price is better than in stores (regular price). It's easy with well - got mine in 2 days.

Love the fact you can read and understand all the ingredients in it. a little thick so you need to use a lot, so the bottle doesn't last as long. Dont like the price point, especially for the amount you get. You need to reapply a lot, my daughter still got burnt after two applications.

Great product, love that it is chemical free. It is less greasy than other natural zinc based baby sunscreens I have tried but not as matte as some of the other ones. I would prefer scent free but I don't mind the light scent. I will be ordering more.

Love this sunscreen - truly all natural ingredients. I use it almost daily on my baby and we have never had any skin reaction. It is a bit thick and takes a little longer to rub in but it is worth it to know I am putting something safe on on my child.

We love badger products and this is no different. My four month old got a rash from another natural sunscreen so I was worried using this but he was totally fine! My only issues are that it is thick so it takes a bit to rub it in, the smell is a little odd (not bad, just odd) and that when we got it it was quite separated. We had to kind of mix the oil with the paste in our hands on the first use. Still a great product though. Totally recommend it!

I love this product! Its a safe sunscrean for babies and its not greasy, it applies well. I wear it on my 7 month old everytime we go outside. Wells.ca also sells it for $5 cheaper then the shops in my area and it gets delivered to my door!

Great product! It doesn't have that "sunscreen" smell but it doesn't smell bad at all! A little goes a long way, it's kind of greasy but rubs in well and really stays on!. My son is 16 months old, so his skin is still really sensitive and he hasn't got anything close to a sunburn, or anything and that's after being out in the sun all afternoon. . .haven't tried it in the water yet but it doesn't seem like it will come off easily. It didn't leave any residue after his evening tubby, either :)

My son has very sensitive skin and this sunscreen doesn't bother his skin at all. Rubs in nice, and smells ok. A little goes a long way, we used it almost everyday this whole summer and only used about half a tube. Good sun protection, he never got burnt. Does leave a mark on your clothes, so I try to apply it on him when I change him.

I love this sunscreen because it's the only one I've tried that doesn't give my toddler a rash. I don't mind the smell at all. I like that it's thick because it's easy to get a reasonable amount out of the tube and not feel like you wasted some, which is great considering the price. My only qualm is that it leaves white marks on her clothes and makes her hair look greasy. Not a big deal compared to skin irritation.

Wonderful sunscreen. Has a strong "nutty" scent to it. Unlike most zinc oxide sunscreens, it does not leave my baby's skin with a very white tinge (only slightly white). Applied it once (morning) to baby, and it lasted throughout the day.

I looked high and low for a sunscreen for my son that was not jam packed with chemicals. This stuff is absolutely wonderful. Goes on extremely smooth and I know all the ingredients so I can rest assured it is safe for my son! I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

Great product. Smells a little like cocoa butter. Not greasy. Difficult to apply at first, but once you get the hang of it, it becomes easy. My trick: I leave out in the sun a few minutes to warm it up so it's easier to apply. Offers real protection. I live in Canada, so I have to order it, but it's worth it.

Once again, Badger Balms does not disappoint. I use this on my 8 month old son, and will start using it on myself as well. I love that it's chemical free, absorbs well, isn't greasy and it has a very mild fragrance. I was really surprised that people complained about the smell (what smell?!)

I really like this product for my baby as well as the regular badger sunscreen. It's not too hard to apply and I like that I can see which areas have been covered. It is rated highly by the EWG and although expensive Well.ca had it on sale, so I bought two :)

This is a good sunscreen, but be sure to reapply often. I forgot to and my 10 month old got a bit of a sunburn on her forehead. I love the ingredients list, though. It does smell a bit funny, but not off-putting. You really know when it's on because it has a thicker consistency than most sunscreens.

Great sunscreen. I'm using it on my 8 month old and five year old and like it for both of them. I found it easier to rub in then other zinc based sunscreens that I've tried, even though it is pretty thick!

This is an excellent sunscreen. My 13 month old son has extremely sensitive skin/ eczema and reacts to virtually everything. Not only does he not react to this, but it actually improves his skin. I have actually also ordered the Baby Balm, since the formula is similar (w/o the sunscreen, of course).

I like that it is organic and that it has earned a top rating from the EWG. The kids don't like the (mild) smell of the product and it is very greasy and gunky to apply. It is hard to wash off hands after applying, but at least that means that it doesn't come off the kids either!
