I use it for hives on my arms and legs. It gets rid of the itch and the rash.

This really works for mosquito bites. I got 3 bites last night--put the cream on right away and today I can hardly tell where the bites were. My bites usually last for days. I haven't tried it for black fly bites yet, but will be going north in a couple weeks, so I'm definitely taking it with me.
