Irie: a couple of weeks ago
I prefer natural lip products but when I went to the U.S and saw this for $2, I decided to try it out after being curious but thinking the price was too high for something not natural.
I thought it was a neat idea to have two products too. I was curious also about how the jars fit together - not magnetized but tension set either way.
The blue Restore part smells like Blistex's Herbal Answer balm (it's hard to describe - like chemical fruitiness) and the white SPF 15 Revive part smells a bit like regular mint toothpaste (mint with some creamy-smelling chemical).
They have a smooth consistency. I like them just enough but I wouldn't buy them again even for $2. I'd rather put my money towards something that doesn't smell so weird/artificial (I prefer the strong scent of mint).
Whitney: a few months ago
Blistex is one of the only lip balms that actually keeps my lips from being chapped. Other brands keep them moist, but I still need my Blistex at night or else I get chapped lips! This is some good Blistex, and an interesting concept. I like that they're different, but both still feel great on my lips and taste/smell good. The only reason I gave it 4/5 stars is that I like minty balms because they feel nice and freshen breath too.
