Boiron Arnicare Sport is homeopathic medicine for the relief of muscular soreness, cramping and fatigue following a physical workout or over exertion.
Directions: Adults and children from 6 years old - Chew and allow tablets to dissolve. Take between meals. Prior physical exertion: 1 chewable tablet, the day before or immediately prior exertion. During physical exertion: 1 chewable tablet every hour. After physical exertion: 1 chewable tablet every hour until improvement. Do not exceed 10 chewable tablets per day.

Warnings: If symptoms persist or worsen for more than 3 days, consult a health care practitioner. Notice for diabetics: This product contains 1,6 g of glucose per tablet. Keep out of the reach of children.
