This stuff is great to throw on top of meat when its in the crock pot. Be careful not to use too much though. Overall it taste nice.
Tastes good. Has no wheat/gluten and it is not fermented which is good for people with yeast/gluten allergies, but don't be fooled by the serving sizes which are a fraction of 1 tbsp. This product has more sodium in it that regular soy sauce. The amino acid profile for this product is minimal, I asked the company if they could provide me with the amino acid profile of the product and they told me that the information was not available. If this product is being marketed as "Liquid Aminos" but has no further nutritional information available for the amino acids then the amino acids in it are minimal at best, probably no different than regular soy sauce. Good product for people with gluten/yeast allergies, bad product for people looking for low sodium or extra amino acids in their diet.
Loooove this product. The price on this site is at least $2 less expensive than my grocery store and $3 less expensive than our Nature's Fare store. I use it to season almonds when I roast them in the oven and then have to portion them all out so my kids and husband don't eat them all at once!
Great tasting soya sauce, with NO gluten! I was a little apprehensive about the taste, but it is delicious!
This product is delicious but you should be aware that it is quite high in sodium. Nevertheless, I like to spray large cut sweet potato fries with it and let it absorb before coating the potatoes in unrefined peanut and sending to the oven with some Julienne sweet onions.
