Breathe Right Nasal Strips are worn on the nose for a drug-free, non-prescription solution to snoring. Working to open up the nasal passages and make breathing easier, immediately! Each strip contains two flat, parallel bands of plastic embedded in a specially designed adhesive. I love these! I've recently become a snorer, not really bad but enough to keep my husband awake if I fall asleep first. I sent for some samples and can't believe how well they work. They have to be positioned properly. I find that I breathe differently, I can feel so much more air going in my nose. I hadn't realized how much my nasal passages had become restricted until I used the strips. I give the strips 5 stars.
