This is my favourite cleanser that I've been using for a few years now. I have oily/combination skin, and it cleanses my skin very well, but doesn't dry it out. And it smells like candy hearts :)

i received a burts bees sampler pack for christmas and couldn't wait to try the products - this one was my favorite! love that it's natural as i have sensitive skin. it has a refeshing citrus smell and washes clean with a light tingly feeling. i have been fighting breakouts from post-baby hormones - haven't had a single pimple this past month using this product. :-)

I love this face wash! It's creamy (not drying at all) but not overly moisturizing. I exfoliate my face everyday with a scrubby cloth and this face wash. My face has never been better. Even my husband likes to use it as it doesn't have a harsh fragrance to it. I also love that it's got natural ingredients in it, rather than a bunch of awful chemicals. I don't buy any other face washes but this one.

This is much better than other "brand name" products. I like that it is all natural and it won't hurt my skin. It cleanse well. I like to leave it on my face for a few minutes and then cover with a hot cloth for a while. Finally I just wipe it off and my pores got cleaned. I will continue to use it.

Awesome. Smells kind of like fruit loops to me and leaves my skin feeling soft with a cool sensation. I'm in my mid-twenties and have dry-to-normal skin.

This cleanser is pretty good but not the best in the market. I have normal to dry skin, and while my skin felt fine after using this, the cleansing process itself wasn't as pleasing as other cleansers.

I love this cleanser. It smells like sweet tarts, and leaves my face feeling so cool afterwards. Use a washcloth to take it off and you'll have no problems.

I like it. My face feels clean after. I love how it makes my face feel after, tingly like a cool mist. It is a bit harder to wash off but not big deal. Scent is very mild and I might have preferred a more of a smelly product, but I guess that is why it is so gentle for the skin.

I have combination skin and LOVE this product. I use a wash cloth to wipe it off (instead of splashing my face w/ water). I love how my face tingles after. My skin has cleared up since using this product.

Out of all the Burt's Bees products I have tried, this is my least favorite. I find that this cleanser leaves my face feeling greasy, and it is rather difficult to rinse off. My face doesn't feel CLEAN after using it. I do not like the way it makes my skin feel; however, I do have naturally oily skin. Perhaps it would be better suited for someone who has a naturally dry complexion.
