5 Star all the way!!! This chocolate bar has a 67% Cocoa content, is certified organic and is fair trade!!! What could more could you ask for? Taste Obviously! There it gets an A+. It has a delicate minty taste, not bitter but just right! Put it in the freezer and savor it a square at a time!!! Yummy! If you want to eat some good chocolate without feeling guilty this is it! Cocoa is considered a super food so you are doing good to your body. Some people who have lived over a 100 have had Cocoa as one of their regular foods in their diet. Food for thought!
