I like this pancake mix don't get me wrong but i find it expensive for the quantity of pancakes that you can make out of this box. I was only able to make 2 recipes out of it. Like the taste and texture of them and my boy loves them but still expensive.

We have pancakes/waffles every Saturday, and this mix makes it fast and easy! I put the left-overs in the fridge and heat them in the toaster over the next few days and they taste great! (especially with yogurt and fruit/berries on top!)

I am trying to eat less gluten and this product was a nice treat! I smothered it with maple butter and added a few frozen berries to the mix - it was delicious!

Surprisingly good! I got the best results by making thin pancakes that were a bit crunchy. Even though I don't have an allergy to wheat, I found these pancakes didn't leave me with the bloated feeling that wheat pancakes do. I'll definitely make these again.

My son (6yrs) can't eat gluten and this is the best mix we've tried yet for pancakes. (And I've tried them all.....) We add a little extra baking powder and then also use the batter in a waffle maker. My 3/5 is only because the extra pancakes don't freeze/reheat well.

This is the most wonderful pancake mix I have tried for my 4 year old daughter. Is it the closest I have come to imitation flour based pancakes and she loves it. with this mix one can't tell the difference from real pancakes.
