This is the best pastry mix on the market. I am a professional cook, and have used this product to make pastry for retail sale. An amazing product. Also great as a flour substitute in a pinch. A+++

I have been Celiac for 60 yrs and am a professional cook with a degree in foods and nutrition. This is the ONLY pastry mix I use! Tastiest, easiest, even non Celiacs can't tell the difference. I have sold product made with this Celimix Pastry Mix in a retail outlet.
