My husband and I use this mutivitamin daily. I like that it has low iron and copper content. Buying the large bottle, which we can't get locally, from Well.ca saves us quite a bit on this daily necessity.

This product is great! I got it for my mother-in-law who said it worked fine for her. It was easier for her stomach---I really don't know why.
