got it on sale instead of my usual feria. application was fine and the recommended wait time was only 10min. my hair felt like straw after rinsing and the included conditioner only softened it somewhat. the colour was fairly close to the box and the coverage is decent. haven't tried the colour booster packet yet but its a nice idea (if it works well)
i don't think i'll buy this one again because of the way it makes my hair feel

I used this product to colour my hair on Tuesday. (I've been colouring my hair for 22 years, so I know what I'm doing!) After the 20-minute application process, 15-minute wait time (I always leave it a bit longer), showering, etc., I took the towel off my head and looked in the mirror...!!!!!!!...NOTHING had happened! The colour did not take to my hair. This is a first and I've never heard of it happening to anyone else. I've been using the regular Natural Instincts for a few years (2-3 times per year) but this was my first (and last) time using the 10-minute product.

Just started using this and I love it covers my grey hair 100%. I use light brown and I find that it is a perfect color for me. Makes my hair soft and manageable and the color is remarkable,
