I had been using this product for years and it was decent enough for my handful of grays it didn't last nearly as long as the box said it should either but I cut my hair often and colour it each time. They seemed to have changed the formula and I had to stop using it as I developed a rash on my scalp that lasted several weeks. Definitely won't be using it again.

Great colour ! Clove is a prperfect ash brown. Not terriblely long lasting,but definitely the best ash. No gold or red at all.

I bought this hair colour because of all the great reviews I read and I thought it would be gentle. First of all, the colour didn't colour a lot of my hair and left it patchy. I used a dark colour so this should not have happened. Second, I found it to be the most drying dye I have ever used and I have been dying my hair for over 15 years so i have a lot to compare it to. Never again. Left my hair like straw for weeks after I used it.

I thought I would love this product because of the great reviews but sadly, I didn't. I found it way more drying than the other hair dye brands and those have ammonia and don't claim to be natural. Also, the colour came out so patchy and some parts didn't take at all. Very disappointed.

This product produces results exactly as advertised. Because it is not a permanent dye, there is not such a strong defining line in the hair when it begins to grow out. Am so pleased to have a consistent source through your company. Also appreciate how quickly the order arrives by Canada Post.

I have used Natural Instincts for years, but recently the product was changed. It did not colour my hair nearly as well (some hairs are white again after a month and that has never happened before). I was also sorry that there was only half the usual amount of conditioner to use in the weeks following treatment (if that). I did use the new two-week-later highlighter, but it only made my hair redder. My colour is 20 Hazelnut.

What happened to the light red shades like 7R Saharan Rose (Strawberry Blonde) & 15RG Golden Sienna? The light reds were so beautiful & natural looking. I have looked everywhere & can't find these shades anymore. There are only very dark red brown shades now???

This product is fine if you do not have grey hair. I think it's good for beginning grays but nothing more than that, in my opinion.

I have used R20 Malaysian Cherry for over twelve years now and it appears that it is no longer being sold in stores. Looks like it's being replaced by the new Raspberry Creme. I was very disappointed to find it wasn't being sold in stores anymore. Buy it here if you love it! It's my favourite colour. On me it produces a dark red that is almost purple that shows as an intense burgundy in sunlight. A fabulous colour and perfect choice for people like me whose hair cannot withstand peroxide or ammonia.
