This product is effective, however, it did not "heal" or "cure" my acne within three days. I kept using it and saw moderate to very effective results. I rub/massage this wash onto my dry skin first and then add luke warm water to it to create a bit of a lather. I continue to massage for about about two to three minutes giving the wash time to penetrate into the pores and then I rinse.

This cream works as long as you don't use any other brands with it and you do your part. I usually hold ice to any infected areas for about 5 minutes and drink lots of water during the day and if you use this cream wash every morning and night than you should see a big difference in three days

I don't know if my problem stems from not having acne or not. I was using this as more of a preventative and it's done nothing new for my skin. I still get the occasional pimple. Even 2 weeks into using this as instructed every day, I got a large pimple right on my chin. It's not causing pimples, but it doesn't seem to prevent the normal ones I get.

this product helped me at first, when i had a lot of pimples mostly on my forehead and chin. then when it ran out i developed the pimples again and tried using Proactiv. I dont suggest proactiv to anyone with sensitive skin. It would burn my face and make it very red, and eventually after the pimples came right back. So i went back to this cream. I trust it enough to rid of my pimples, and i usually dont have a hard time with this product. It is pretty gentle and i'm sure it can work. Hope this helps
