I have minor adult acne and this stuff works at keeping it to a minimum. It does have a strong smell so I only wear it at night. It still seems to do the job. It is mildly visible - it looks dry in the areas applied. Works for me.

The product reduces the amount of breakouts. However, it does really dry out the skin - not necessarily a bad thing. Just apply a moisturizer daily as well.

This product is easy to apply and does a great job of reducing pimples and preventing breakouts. The only downside is the smell, it is very noticeable when you apply it and because of that I would only wear it at night.
