I am following the u weight loss program to lose weight and this is the only product they indorsed at the time. I can only have 1/2 a bar with some almonds.I reallly enjoy the taste and consistency of these bars. I don't feel deprived from my usual high fat granola bars.

Absolutely, positively the best energy bar out there. SO tasty AND filling, they taste just like oatmeal raisin cookies without the guilt!
