You get what you pay for. A very basic low end stethescope. The yoke is very long and the ear pieces are straight. They forgot to send replacement parts the first time but quickly made it right by allowing me to ship it back no charge and sending complete replacement, no hassle. This is an ok product for a volunteer without a lot of money for gear, such as myself.
