This does remove makeup, but I find it takes some effort to remove waterproof mascara, even CoverGirl's own brands. It leaves my eyes feeling quite oily, even after I wash my face. I wouldn't re-purchase this product.

I absolutely love this remover ,very gentle yet removes the most waterproof mascara .
I’m no longer able to purchase in store ,Shoppers no longer carries it ,therefore I order it in large quantities from well.ca

Great product
I think it’s discontinued. Too bad. It’s the best for removing the 24 hour lipstick.
