I have used this product for at least 10 years. I especially like the colour 'Ever Ready"; bright red! The only other that works slightly better is the stay-on M.A.C. bright red. It contains more moisture and shine.

this lipcolor is amazing if applied properly it will lt at least 4 hours with nothing coming off it can even last through drinking and eating, it feels moisturizing with the top coat and there is a great selection of colours i have it in ever rready and it is the perfect bright red for my fair skin! just make sure your lips are clean and dry and apply carefully to lips let dry a good 2 minutes and apply one coat of top coat and your good to go. you will have to reapply the top coat if your are eating or drinking.

This lip colour is amazing!! it really does stay on if applied correctly for up to 6 hours and thats will a bright red colour a more nude colour would probably last even longer. I got it in ever read-dy and it is the perfect red for someone with a fair skin tone like me!!

This is the best long wearing lipstick! I have tried other brands but they don't compare. It's better if you know what colour to buy as the guides are not true.

Covergirl Outlast is the only lipstick/lipstain that stays on all day without transferring. I put it on in the morning and it still looks great in the evening without a touchup.

This lip stick is gorgeous. I bought it in the 'Hottie' colour, it's exactly what I wanted! Stays on my lips all day. You only need to use a small amount, if too much is used it will cake up a little (not attractive!).
All in all, I would definitely recommend this lip stick to anyone. One application at the start of the day then slick on some of the gloss. You're good to go!

This is the only lipstick that actually stays on my lips for hours. I've tried very expensive brands that promised to be long-lasting but were worn off within 30 minutes (or less!). Love this product and hope to see more colours from CoverGirl in the future.

This is the one brand that lasts. I'm a teacher and "talk off" all other long-lasting lipsticks. I wear "Naturalast,"most often, a "lip-coloured" shade that works with almost any colour I'm wearing. I do condition my lips overnight after removing Outlast and take a break on weekends.
The woman who found it "streaky and thick" is probably putting too much on the wand. You can also blot it for a lipstain effect.

This is a great product, i put it on in the morning and it lasts all day. It isn't heavy or clumpy, so you don't even know it's there.

I have tried several lipsticks & lip stains over the years and this one is the BEST I have ever used.It literally stays on all day or evening.You can apply it very accurately somewhat like a lip liner,it dries in less than a minute ,apply the moisture stick and you're good to go for the day.It also comes in a wide range of shades.which is a plus.

This usually work very well. It stays for a long time. The only time that it doesn't work for me is when I have really dry lips. If I use it then it makes the cracks in my lips look really awful, even worse that they look before.

I've used this lipstick for years, as it's the only one that truly lasts for me. Like other reviewers, I prefer a matte look, so don't use the moisturizing topcoat. Only wish you could purchase just the lipstick without the topcoat, as I usually end up tossing it away. My favourite shade is Sangria - stays pretty all day!

I really like this lipstick! Its great for people who have a problem with lipstick "bleeding" because it stays in place and never runs or bleeds. I prefer drier lips so I dont use the moisturizer that comes with the lipstick. Once applied and allowed to dry you can eat almost anything without disturbing the lipstick, however very oily foods will make it lighten at the corners of the mouth. I have tried a lot of long wearing lipsticks and I find this one to be the BEST!
