I ordered the gentle routine because I have sensitive teeth. These strips did not affect the sensitivity of my teeth at all however they didn't whiten my teeth as much as I would of liked. I barely notice a difference. I will be trying a stronger white strip next time to get the results I am looking for.

This was my first time using Whitestrips. I chose the Gentle Routine because I didn't want a fake-looking ultra white smile or sensitive teeth. They didn't whiten very much at all, but were easy to use and tasted really good (and they didn't make my teeth sensitive). I am happy for the moment with the degree of whitening, but might try a stronger type sometime in the future. I wouldn't recommend the Gentle Routine for anyone who wants a noticeable degree of whitening.
