A growing amount of research conducted at leading Universities demonstrates that light acts as an essential nutrient, like air, food and water. The intensity of light to which you are exposed every day, and the amount of exposure time, can have a major impact on your well-being. The item, which is delicate (light bulbs), was well packaged and arrived safe and sound.
I'm really loving my new light! I've only had it for a few weeks, but already feel it's been a good purchase. It's well designed, modern-looking and not bulky. It also emits a very bright light on the higher setting. I find myself wishing to bask in that light all day! However, I did find that over-use (more than 1 hour) prevented me from sleeping at my usual time at night.
