I was hesitant to try this at first because citrus oils can irritate my skin, but this one is incredibly gentle. I shake it first, as some settling can occur with the ingredients then spray about 10 times onto a cotton pad and gently wipe my face, but you can spray it on your face, although it could get messy. It's got a great amount of antioxidants and "superfruits" which will help avoid free-radical damage from the sun and environment. The only thing I suggest otherwise is to keep this toner in a dark place to keep the vitamin C potent, otherwise in the presence of too much light, it can degrade the vitamin C and the antioxidants. I love derma-E!
