This does a decent job of exfoliating but the walnut shell powder in it can be too abrasive to sensitive skin. (By the way, the ingredient list above is not accurate. There are many other ingredients listed on the jar, including fragrance/parfum, and there's no paraben.) And it's not a good idea to leave this on your skin as a mask - my skin reacted with a red rash.

Love this product. It is great for sensitive skin, I have a type of dermatitis and am very sensitive to products with preservatives and fragances. I have used this product for years and it does not cause any skin reactions for me!

I have used this product in conjunction with DE thoroughly clean facial cleanser and daily essential moisturizer. I can tell my skin is improving after 3 weeks of use. The scrub itself smells like almond apples for some weird reason but I don't mind the scent. It does a pretty good job exfoliating. I wash off the excess residue with some thoroughly clean cleanser. I think the 2 work very well together. I have sensitive combination skin.
