I've been using this lotion for about 5 years now after noticing I was starting to lose my hair around the centre of my head. Since I've been using it I haven't lost any more hair thanks to the strengthening ingredients in the product. It doesn't claim to be a miracle product that will help your hair grow back but it does exactly what it's intended to do, maintain and prevent any further loss of hair. I would recommend it whatever age you are.
