I've tried a few brands of nursing tea. I like the taste of this blend. I'm not sure if it's more effective than other nursing teas, but I think that this combination of herbs and the warming drink are good for nursing in general.

I too am using this to help with milk. I do notice a drop if I miss using it. I usually brew a big pot and drink at least a pot per day (4 cups) I don't find it has any taste so I'm not bothered by it at all. I would like it to have individually wrapped bags like other brands I have bought. But i go through it pretty quickly so it's not that big if a deal except when I want to throw a couple in my diaper bag.

Tastes great (if you like fennel/anise) and works well. I feel like it really helps with milk production. I'm not sure whether it's the herbs or the calming, relaxing effect of the tea, but I started to experience double let-downs, which I never did before. The only down side is you need to drink a lot (3 cups a day) which means this tea can be quite expensive. I think it is worth it though. Will purchase again.

I started using this tea the same day I gave birth and my milk came in the next day. After a week I am finally not engorged anymore! I drank a few cups a day for 2 days then cut it down to 1 because I believe it really helped bust my milk supply!

I'm pretty sure this product made my son vomit all day. It tastes terrible and I will not drink it again. My son has never projectile vomited ever - only when I drank this tea. Perhaps he is just sensitive to an ingredient as I see from other reviews that there have been no problems.

I started using this when my little girl was about a month old and did see an increase in my milk supply, drinking 2 to 3 cups a day. I like that you can drink the tea hot or cold and it still tastes good.

This tea tastes much better than the fenugreek and fennel infusion that I was making, but I do think it might be a tad less effective. 3 cups a day of this tea seems to be making a notable difference. I am just using it to boost supply to bump up my freezer stash, I don't have a serious production issue. If I did I'd probably go back to my infusion.

This tea really does not taste or smell bad at all. It is actually very mild and tastes like a nice green tea with a bit of licorice. If you don't like it hot/warm, cool is good.

It really helps with my milk supply. My milk supply has often fluctuated over the months and every time when it dropped and couldn't satisfied my baby, the tea has been a life-saver. I can get my supply up from 2oz per pump to 5 oz per pump. I don't mind the taste either. Like someone said, it smells like licorice and I happen to like it.

This tea smells horrible (like licorice - which I can't eat at all). Luckily, it doesn't taste like licorice!
I was able to drink it. I chilled it first too. Either way it's not bad at all. Tastes like a herbal tea ;)
I found it did improve my supply. But I wasn't suffering from a horribly low supply to begin with. I just felt it boosted it.

The tea isn't as bad tasting as I had feared, but for people with serious milk supply issues it does not have any discernible effect. For efficacy in milk supply issues, teas are the least effective, as I discovered in my research after drinking the tea for a few weeks to no avail. Capsules (such as fenugreek or products to help with milk supply) are more effective, but the most effective delivery method of the active ingredients are in a tincture, which tastes 1000 times worse than the tea.
I would recommend this tea to someone with minor milk supply hiccups or someone who is just being proactive with their milk supply.

I don't know if it helps with my supply or not, as I've always had a good supply, but I've been drinking this for the past 7 months or so... and contrary to the below review, I really like it!

This product comes in an adorable box and the tea works very, very well. The only downside is that the tea tastes like it's been filtered through old sweat socks.
My husband (who can eat anything) said it couldn't be "that bad" and drank half a cup... then spent half an hour trying to keep it down. He says he admires me for drinking the stuff. It helped get my milk going strong, and while I admire how the herbs in this mix work, I hope to never again need "help" from these herbs.
5 out of 5 for effectiveness, but 0 out of 5 for taste. Still... to each her own. Maybe you'll like the taste? Even if you don't, it'll probably help you make or keep making milk.
