This isn't the best eye makeup remover I've used. I find it kinda thick and a little greasy. If I use this first, and then cleanse my face, there is still more makeup that comes off with the cleanser. Also stings my eyes a little.

I have been using this make-up remover for years after trying several different brands on the market. I love it! It is hydrating but not oily and does an amazing job. Will not be straying away from this product anytime soon. Try it!

Works OK overall, but it's a liquid gel type of substance, while I personally prefer cream type. This one is too kiquid for ny taste.
Also, it still burns if it enters the eyes - less than a chemical based remover, but I would expect no burn at all, makes me wonder how natural is it.

I LOVE this! I had switched brands 'cuz I had a rebate coupon for another brand, but it wasn't nearly as good, so I switched back to ES.

I love this product. I am very sensitive to chemicals and scents and this is perfect for me. It also does an amazing job of completely removing the make up. You can just wipe right across your eye and not leave mascara or eye liner marks on the skin just under your eyes. It is a bit goopy but who cares when it works so well!!

I like that this product is natural but I do find the substance to be a bit gloppy and messy to use. I always have to rinse my eyes after. It removes eye make-up well.

Very gentle and highly effective in removing even waterproof mascara and eyeliner. No residue and easy to wash off. No eye irritation. I love this line and have used it for years. Just shows you that you can have quality products at reasonable prices.

This product feels nicer than other cream based eye make-up removers I have tried. It is a thick gel, but comes off easily, and is gentle on eyes.
