This tastes really good! I like that by buying this, we support SUSTAINABLE farming. By using ripe coconuts instead of immature ones, there is more coconut "meat" that can be sold after they drain the "milk" out, which is an additional source of income for the farmers in Thailand. This tastes clean and pure with a hint of sweetness like it should, and only sugar hounds might not appreciate the lack of added sugar and other bad for you ingredients.
I liked this brand a lot. I think it can definitely be an acquired taste for people who are not used to real coconut water straight from the coconut off the tree. It's not as sweet and does not have a "fake coconut" taste that is so popular. I prefer this over the "ONE" brand.
Not bad considering I don't have to break the coconut open. :)
I had never tried coconut water before and I wish I still hadn't. This stuff is horrible. Don't waste your money...
Very good. The small packages are convenient. Taste Nirvana Coconut Water tates a little better in my opinion though, and comes in glass bottles. It would be great if well.ca brought in that brand as well.
Light flavour but definitely one you need to get used to. Very refresing and only 35 calories
Delicious and young tasting, this is a wonderful product. I'm a fan of the nutrition as well, as it seems to have a lot more potassium and less sugar than the others I've seen, including the ONE coconut water at Starbucks. I also enjoy that this is a small independent company, not owned by Coke or Pepsi. I like to support the good guys :) Very nice product and great to see it on Well.ca :)
This tastes fine, though I prefer ONE and Zico. I like the portability and convenience.
Where O.N.E. tastes refreshing and clean, this coconut water tastes more like it was filtered through a hiker's sock. They use older coconuts, and it shows. I'm all for sustainability, but in this case it's corporate-speak for 'we make more money by using older coconuts'. The younger the better - try Blue Monkey or O.N.E..
I just received a 15pk case of this and it has to be the worst coconut water we have ever tasted. I don't know what we will do with the rest. Tastes like Bran cereal. Please stock VitaCoco. It is the best.
I was happy. I use frozen fruit and Ecos coconut water to make a single serving smoothie...Perfect serving for my weight loss journey.
