I love this stuff - it's perfect for my toddler who has an egg allergy as well! the letters keep their shape - but they aren't very big, so it's not really appropriate for picking them up and making them into words (if your little one is into that!)

I made an alphabet soup using these noodles & they turned out perfectly. I really like this pasta & the ingredients used.

We have been feeding our toddler this pasta for at least two years. She loves them and is the pickiest eater. She also has intolerances to dairy and soy and hardly gets any greens into her. I feel relieved that these are made of veggies. Disappointed that our grocery store does not carry them anymore, but happy that well does!
