Short Grain Brown Rice Flakes by Eden are wonderful. They cook up in 4 minutes on stove top and can be stored easily for use another day. I have been enjoying this cereal now for almost and year and recommend it heartily. It is in such demand that the grocery store where I have bought it in the past cannot keep up with the supply.

wasn't what i was expecting, as the texture is similar to cream of wheat, but good nontheless, esp with cinnamon and brown sugar.

As I am sensitive to oats, wheat flours and cannot consume much in way of quinoa, this cereal has been my choice for the past 4 months. Cooks in just 4 minutes in pot on top of stove. Make it once using measurements on package if you are cooking for one and have breakfast cooked for the day after.
