Very healthy! I love these Kidney beans! They come with peace of mind all the way. First off, the can is BPA free! First good thing.The kidney beans are organic and the liquid they are immersed in is not some weird concoction of chemicals but simple ingredients. Great for making dips, soups, rice salads you name it. I love them. Eden Organics has good products. I would highly recommend them. You get what you pay for.

I love all eden products, I love their organic red kidney beans, they are dilicious on their own, I add some spice to the beans:)
I like their cans of beans , because they soak their beans before cooking , so it is easier to digest and prevents bloating. I also like that they use BPA free cans, BPA is a chemical that most of processed cans contain inside the cans lining. Im so happy that eden made these cans BPA free ,I also like that their beans are all salt free ,fat free, sugar free, organic and has no added chemicals or additives. These kidney beans is a must try , You will love them including their other kinds of beans:) Thank you!
